How this all began.......
i truly began this journey having a conversation with a former client who wanted to lose weight. before i knew it i was in women's kitchens & basements helping them create a plan to simply feel better. fast forward a few years later......
these same women along with others were still struggling with the way they felt, ate & moved their bodies.
there had to be an element missing & it was the most important piece.
connecting our souls to something deeper.
go back to when you were a child & felt free.
most of us were outside playing, riding bikes, writing in our diaries, and being ever so present in that moment. here we were the happiest & most free.

Hi! My name is Sandi & Welcome! At Wellbeing Soul-u-tions, we believe in the power of connection through nature & movement. Our mission is to create a space where women can come together, explore their wellness journey, and find support along the way. Through retreats, fitness programs, and healthy tips, we aim to inspire and empower women to prioritize their wellbeing. Since beginning this journey in 2016, I have had the privilege of serving many women & have discovered the ONLY reason we are here is to SERVE others! Our personal stories help SO many! An eclectic group of strong women, all of whom I didn’t know but the organizer, came together to rest and ground through movement, nature, and connecting with our innermost feelings. The food was excellent, the atmosphere open and non-judgemental, but more than that was a weekend of allowing ourselves to be vulnerable through stories and adventure. Connections were made through commonality, perspective, and a load of humor. All had a fabulous time on hikes, projects, meditation, massage, early morning meals, and late-night talks. This retreat was exactly what I didn't know I needed! My personal life was going backwards on so many levels.. this weekend was truly needed to be reminded of how important I really am, and what I feel does in fact matter. It helped me process so many feelings and start to realize and accept things in a much healthier way, all while slowing down and taking things in...It could have been the mountains, the scenery, the yoga, but I think it was the company that really did it for me. Every woman there had or has something that this weekend helped them with. We as humans are always going through something, and we forget to take care of ourselves and let it out! I'm forever grateful for Sandi and her amazing ability to do what she does , xo CM

With just hours spent with you, no lectures, just simple enlightening conversations. Quiet moments, words of encouragement & deep breaths, lead me to another place. Safe, trusting, inspiring, and refreshing. I feel rewired and reset. You asked me to choose a word before our journey, and that word for me was "Commit". To commit to myself. To commit just a few moments a day to myself would make a difference and it has! More time and energy for me! And most importantly, to be proud of something like goals made, or even if not yet accomplished, working towards completing.

I am so blessed that I met Sandi... It was during a very difficult time in my life with so many physical injuries plaguing my fitness goals.
