Can or have you felt your insides burning up? I can best describe this as my torso slowly warming up and from there it is spreading up to my face, then turning on the sparkle switch which is the sweat making my spine and face moist.

THIS, is only one of my 17,000 symptoms. Just kidding. I have been actively researching peri/meno for over a year now and talking to SO many women who are also experiencing the wonderful second spring. You know what I have discovered? EVERY LADY NOT ONLY WANTS TO TALK ABOUT IT, BUT ALSO WANTS TO KNOW SHE IS NOT THE ONLY ONE EXPERIENCING THIS!

Recently I have also been listening to podcasts about menopause and they all seem to mention how women do not like talking about it. I strongly disagree. How can we connect and share stories if we are silent? The shit is real and if you know me well enough you know how much I love talking about health issues to make certain I am on pace with everyone else! lol

The research has opened my eyes to the symptoms and how we cannot eliminate them all BUT definitely prevent some, soften some and work hard over the next several years to enhance the quality of our life! Can I ask you, what are you experiencing right now with this storm? What are you doing to help ease some symptoms? Did you know there are so many natural remedies to ease hot flashes, anxiety, mood swings, decrease joint pain, digestive issues and other soul-u-tions?

ARE YOU INTERESTED?

I have 2 spots left for May 10-12th for our Wellbeing Soul-u-tions Retreat! This is my first retreat where it will be solely be on bettering our physical health and symptoms as we age and go through menopause. Despite us despising estrogen many years ago, we now would do anything to get it back! Estrogen plays a crucial role with our entire body systems. We were never told any of this in our thirties. Most of us had no clue of what to expect when the storm came.

What to expect this weekend:

*symptoms/soul-u-tions

*strength training/joint relief

*preparing healthy meals for your following week

*guided yoga/breathing techniques

*nutrition guidance

Please join us! I look forward to working with you.

Much Love,

S
