The Wellbeing Soul-u-tions Spring Retreat planning is underway! The past month I have been carefully asking, listening & receiving what needs to be discussed & provided for the beautiful souls who will be attending. In this next stage of our lives,(kids grown up, bodies changing, anxiety increasing and/or feeling stuck), I have decided to make it all about gentle movement(no crazy hikes),strength training session(the importance of bone density),& talk about ways to ease peri/meno symptoms. I am looking forward to discussing the time we are in now & how wonderful it can be. We seem to think once we hit our late 40's/50's everything has turned to shit. In Japan, they call this time our second spring. Let's change our thoughts on becoming older, as it is a gift.
We will be eating yummy/healthy foods as well as prepping meals/snacks which you will be taking home. We will be making home remedies for our skin, tinctures for anxiety/sleep, and much more. My hope is for when you leave on Sunday you will have many options for feeling healthier, stronger & happier!
I will also be holding a group exercise session and will be providing an individual program for each of you! I have to come clean and say, THIS retreat I am looking the most forward to! Why? Most of the above mentioned is everything I have been doing for over 25 years. Did you know I have been dealing with anxiety since the age of 9? Did you know I have been helping women move their bodies for over 25 years? And…….I am freaking 52 and dealing with all of the crazy perimenopause symptoms like you! This past year I have been making a diligent effort to find ways to make my body hurt less, hydrate my skin more, help my sluggish intestines, find other ways besides new age to fill my heart and many other soul-u-tions which I cannot wait to share with you!
I will be sending out the dates by February 1st! Please let me know if you would like to attend as space is limited. I want to make sure I have some one on one time with each of you to put together a plan of action.
